Traditional and outdoor cabins typically need a 15-amp or hard-wired 240V circuit — we'll confirm before install. Hardwired traditional units come with an electrician spec sheet.

02 · Delivery
When will it arrive?
In-stock units ship within 5–10 business days. Custom builds take 4–6 weeks. We deliver Australia-wide, free.
Reset Origin is arriving October. Pre-orders are open now.
03 · Installation
What happens on install day?
- Delivered Australia-wide on pre-built panel systems that bolt together.
- Most units installed in under 4 hours by two people, no trades required for plug-in models.
- Standard 10-amp plug on infrared units. Hardwired traditional units come with an electrician spec sheet.
- Every sauna includes white-glove delivery and full install by our own crew.
04 · Afterwards
Looking after it.
Wipe down after each use, deep clean monthly. Cedar interiors are self-preserving. We supply a maintenance kit with every order.
5-year parts & labour warranty, with 7 years of guaranteed parts availability. After the warranty, repairs at cost price. Spare parts, heaters and controllers are held locally.
